What changed, and when

Vendor AI features change: they get renamed, repackaged, moved behind new plans, and their defaults shift. This page lists every material change to a published finding, generated from the same audit trail our analysts work in.

When our re-verification shows a published claim no longer matches vendor documentation, we correct it and log the correction here. That includes corrections that reduce a risk claim, not only ones that raise it.
